Spec 01 the method · English, inbound, partner work

Stop wasting time
on work AI can do.

Answer

You already know AI can help. You do not know which job to give it first. The audit finds the work that is eating the week. Then we build the system and train the team that has to live with it. If automation is the wrong medicine, that is the answer. Forty companies have run this sequence. The usual first result shows up inside 30 days.

§ 01
Problem

The team is the integration layer.

Most inbound calls start the same way: “we think we need AI.” In the room it is rarely a model problem. It is a WhatsApp that never reaches the CRM. An order that a person retypes. A lead that waited overnight because nobody was on the form at 11pm.

Hiring another coordinator hides the break. The coordinator becomes the API. That does not scale, and it does not leave a log.

trgr.io starts at the break, not at the tool of the month. Sometimes that is Make. Sometimes n8n on a private server. Sometimes a short TypeScript handler. AI enters only when a step needs judgment: classify, summarize, route, draft.

Insight

If the first proposal is “an agent for everything,” the problem was not diagnosed.

§ 04
Questions

What people ask before they start.

How much do the services cost?
Projects typically range from $3,000 to $15,000 depending on complexity. Most clients start with a $3,000 to $5,000 pilot that is designed to show ROI inside 30 days.
How quickly can we see results?
Most clients see ROI within 30 days. The fastest implementation went live in 3 days.
What happens if something breaks?
Live systems get logs, retry logic, and a human fallback. If something breaks, the job is to know before the customer does, then fix it. Typical repair is inside two hours on supported plans.
Do I need technical knowledge to manage this?
No. Interfaces are built for the people who will use them, and training is part of delivery. Support plans cover ongoing maintenance.
Is the data secure?
Enterprise-grade protocols, and an NDA before any system access. The stack is chosen for the job, not for a demo reel.
How is this different from Tiger Media?
Tiger Media is the Israeli studio. trgr.io is the same operator and the same stack, written for English, inbound, and partner work. The audit is the product you walk in with.
