Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the trgr.io website and the consulting services we sell. trgr.io is the English-facing automation practice operated by Dror Bekerman / Tiger Media from Tel Aviv, Israel ("us", "we", or "our"). By using the site or buying services, you agree to these Terms.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website, engaging with our chat agent, or using our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Assessment and Concierge terms

The $999 assessment includes a 15-minute recorded walkthrough and one clarification round within 14 days. Delivery starts after payment and complete intake and takes five business days. If we cannot identify a credible opportunity to recover at least five hours a week, we refund the assessment. Estimated savings are not a promise of realized results.

Concierge includes 2 sessions of 45 minutes per billing month. A paid, unrefunded assessment for the same business credits the first month once, within 90 days of report delivery: $1,001 initially, then $2,000 per month. Credit is not transferable or cash.

What happens between Concierge sessions? Email questions about the active workflow receive a reply within 2 business days. The retainer includes 30 minutes of follow-up work per billing month. Larger tasks move into a session or a separate written quote.

Are larger builds and emergency repairs included? No. Custom builds, migrations, continuous monitoring, and emergency work require a separate written quote. Each session has an agreed objective, verified progress, and documented next steps.

Can we stop? Cancel before renewal to stop the next charge. Your access continues through the paid period. There is no minimum term and no automatic refund of a used billing period.

Who owns the work? You own your accounts and resulting assets. You pay third-party subscription and usage charges directly. We build and explain the workflow with you.

Reschedule at least 24 hours in advance; late cancellations count as used. Unused sessions and email work do not roll over. We replace sessions we cancel. Offer business days are Monday–Friday. The invoice confirms dates, tax treatment and any separately quoted work before payment.

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our Service are owned by trgr.io and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Client-specific work products will be governed by separate service agreements.

Limitation of Liability

Confidentiality

We respect the confidentiality of your business information. Detailed confidentiality provisions will be included in specific service agreements. We may use anonymized case studies for marketing purposes unless explicitly prohibited.

Termination

We may suspend website access for misuse or a breach of these Terms. Paid service cancellation, access through the paid period and remedies follow the offer terms and your written service agreement. This website-access clause does not remove those commitments.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Tel Aviv-Jaffa, Israel.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective when posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
